About the Community
Sun City, Arizona was the first adult community in not only Arizona, but also, the entire country. This community is one of the most well-known 55+ adult communities featuring 26,000 homes, eight golf courses, and countless amenities and social clubs. Sun City offers residents a wide array of amenities like golf course, fitness centers, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor walking track, pickleball courts and various hobby rooms. On top of the ample amenities, this active adult community is home to 30 churches, a synagogue, social hall, grand ballroom, performing arts theater, two libraries, and an on-site hospital. Within six miles, residents can enjoy the Arrowhead Mall, Challenger Space Center, West Valley Art Museum, Wildlife World Zoo, Arizona State University-West, Rio Salado College and Lake Pleasant. Plus, sports enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity to sporting venues hosting local teams such as the Cardinals (NFL), Coyotes (NHL), Diamond Backs (MLB) and several other Major League Baseball spring training camps.

Bear in mind that a lot of the floor plans have been modified from the original floorplan since Dell Webb had the forethought to (in most cases) have no loadbearing walls on the interior of the home.
