Del Webb Corporation constructed Sun City West after Sun City and took the knowledge they learned to implement more of the popular amenities within Sun City. Through the construction of the homes, they created more than 140 different models and floor plans. Whether you are looking for a single-family home or attached-home, this area has it all.

The more popular models are indicated by the model name. Bear in mind that a lot of the floor plans have been modified from the original floorplan since Dell Webb had the forethought to (in most cases) have no loadbearing walls on the interior of the home.
